As with so many of us, my wife Amy and I had struggled throughout the years with the habit of smoking. While some pharmaceuticals seemed to show signs of success, trying various methods and techniques to quit smoking only left us frustrated. In more recent times we began noticing the introduction of the electronic cigarette. Having a background in electronics and engineering, the emerging devices were quite fascinating to me with their ability to simulate the traditional smoking behavior.
After researching, and even purchasing, several different models that were available at the time, the experience with inferior products revealed some of the sub-standard production methods and even worse, the unscrupulous vendors and retailers within the industry.
This realization served to inspire us to explore the possibilities of what the electronic cigarette industry could be if manufacturers and retailers focused on the performance of the devices, and more importantly, the safety of the customer.
In 2009, my wife Amy and I decided to bring this passion into reality and formed Unchained Smoker, LLC to serve this unmet need within the electronic cigarette industry. We are first and foremost committed the safety of our customers. Additionally, we seek to bring you the latest technological advancements with our products to make your electronic cigarette experience successful and enjoyable.
